DELIVERY
IGIBU.store carries out domestic deliveries of products purchased via the courier company DPD, and international deliveries to Member States of the European Union (except for Cyprus, Greece and Malta) via courier companies.
Available options and cost of delivery services within Poland:

- InPost Paczkomat (parcel locker) service PLN 15.79
Available options and cost of delivery services to Member States of the EU (except Cyprus, Greece and Malta):
- Courier delivery to Germany (DPD courier) gross EUR 9 | PLN 42.30
- Courier delivery to other Member States of the EU (DPD courier) gross PLN 89.00
From the moment the order is confirmed in our store, the warehouse will process and prepare it for shipping within five business days. You will be informed that the delivery process has commenced in a separate e-mail to the e-mail address you specified in the order.
Most courier deliveries within Poland are delivered on the day after the package is handed over to the courier. In some cases, the delivery time may be extended to seven days. If your delivery is taking longer, please contact our customer service team at the e-mail address office@igibu.info.
For deliveries outside the country (within the EU not including Cyprus, Malta and Greece), you should expect deliveries to take up to seven business days from the moment of receipt of the shipment from our company’s headquarters by the courier company.
